Standard foam grades are 35D/45H, 36D/61H and 37D/70H (density/hardness), and combinations such as a firmer seat with a softer back are supported. Every compressed sofa uses 36 kg/m³ HR foam as its base standard.
The warranty covers the rebound performance of the foam core: if a cushion develops a permanent set above the ≤2% (ISO 1856) specification, or fails to recover to ≥98% of its dimensions within 48 hours of unpacking under normal indoor use, within the warranty period, KCK.CASA replaces or repairs the affected component. Excluded: misuse, water exposure, improper storage (including vacuum storage beyond the recommended 12 months) and normal fabric wear. Claims are made with the order number and photos, resolved per the written quotation terms.
